Two background textures create a wonderful look for clipping. We've provided two versions of each... One that is continuously sewn and the other with jumps/no sew lines. Patterns are provided approximately 15" square. They could easily be resized to 3 times their size to provide a less dense version for clipping.

All pattern are provided approximately 15" square. The three patterns include: a 1/2" continuously sewn cross hatching background, a 1/2" x 1" continuously sewn diamond background, and a 1/2" x 1.5" continuously sewn diamond background. Due to the geometric nature of these patterns they can resized as small or large as you need them.

Add a touch of inspiration to your quilts. These three patterns are all provided 4" high. They are not designed to interlock, so are not truly suitable for edge to edge work. This pattern series is very fast sewing as there is no overstitching. The continuous border is a POINT TO POINT pattern that is PERFECT for chunking. As there is no "interlock" with the corner, the corner can easily be adjusted to fit and look good even though they may be slight distortion in the border portion (uneven resizing). The border is provided 6" high and the corner is 6" square. We tested the patterns at 4" to 9" with good results.

This border is continuous meaning that the corner actually connects with a stitching line to the corner. It is essentially a point to point pattern and can easily be chunked. Due to the way the pattern is constructed, adjustment in WIDTH of the border will not affect the way it connects with the corner as there is no overstitching at that point (as there can be with a feather). The corner can also be FLOATED if everything ends up too tight. Provided at 8" (repeating portion), we sewing this pattern out from 5" to 12" with no issues.
