Many quilters started using computerized embroidery years ago, so it is only natural that we now make the same great designs that we have created for computerized quilt and make them available for quilting using your home or commercial embroider machine.  We will be converting most of our files.  We are choosing the ones that are the most popular first.  If you see a pattern you would like converted that has not been done yet, please e-mail sher@munnichdesign.com.  Sher handles the majority of our embroidery conversions and will be happy to convert any of the patterns you request and will bill you direct for your order.

What formats do you provide and where do I choose my format?
Every pattern comes 5 formats: DST, HUS, JEF, PES, and VIP.  These formats are the ones that are supported by the most machines.  For example, Bernina uses ART, but can also read PES.  All 5 formats are included in the single zip file you will download.

Do I have to setup an account to order?
Yes, we pass that information to the company that handles our credit card processing.  We DO NOT retain any financial info.  That is all handled by our payment gateway.  Your Account information also lets you keep a record of the pattens you have ordered.  You can download every pattern 3 times - even if it has been a year since you ordered.

Is there a way to order without an account?
There are several ways:

1. BY FAX - When you are finished shopping, Print your shopping cart.  Download, print and fill out our Fax Order Form..  Fax the shopping cart print out and the Fax Order Form. to us at 512.519.1661.  If you do not want to put all your credit card info on the order form you can also phone us with that information.  Please see the Fax Order Form. for more information.
2. BY E-MAIL - When you are finishing shopping, you can cut and paste your shopping cart into either an e-mail or a document you attach.  If you prefer, you can also make a list of the patterns you want.  If you make a list, we need the Pattern Number, the name AND the price so that we don't make a mistake filling your order..  Make sure your e-mail contains your billing and shipping address (one is fine if they are the same) and your phone number.  You can then call us with your credit card info.  If you like, we can keep your card on file for future purposes.  Otherwise we will run it when you phone us and not retain the details.
3. BY POSTAL MAIL - Please include a printout of the shopping cart and fill out our Fax Order Form.  If you are paying by check, we will wait for it to clear before patterns become available for download or are shipped.  Delay can be 10 days if you are out of state.  If you supply a Postal Money Order we will ship within 2 business days.
4. BY PHONE - While we are not always available, we can call you back if you leave a message!  Once more, we can retain your credit card info for future orders if you wish!
